Man are they still climbing in your area? We are up to the $1.80's here in San Angelo. I am lucky some what my truck gets 20plus miles to the gallon. Tacoma 4X4 Double Cab. I feel sorry for those guys that thought they would be cool and get a new Hummer on Bushes tax cuts, now they are paying out the tail end. But I guess if you have the money for one of those rides you can afford the fuel bill. What are yalls thoughts and prices around the area?

I know what ya mean. I paid $2.09 a gallon the other day. Now it is $1.86 here in Big Spring and we even have a major refinery here in town.

$1.92 and counting. And counting and counting... Good thing we don't have a gas guzzler.

Ive enjoyed my Ford Ranger for 13 years now, and yesterday I did something I had never done before... I put $34 in my 15 gallon tank! $1.96 here in Lubbock, and from what I understand, we are highest in the state. I get about 55 mpg on my Motorcycle, and it dont hurt near as much to fuel it up. Besides, I love caching on the bike! Guess I will just ride it. ;D Koy

I have been looking at getting a new car for my wife, but with the gas prices I am torn between a new Jeep or something a little more on the economical side. I will probbaly hold off for a few months and see what comes of this.

Saw one station at $2.00 here just the other day for the premium stuff. Seems cheap though, I'm a little jaded however, paying $3.00+ for Av Fuel and burn 8.5 gals/hour *ouch*

Looking like $1.97 is the low end of our prices now. The mid and premiuns are above $2.00. Diesel is still in the $1.67 range.
